HEAT TRANSFER T-SHIRT PRINTING

CD DUPLICATION & PRINTING
The Epson PP-100 CD Printer and Duplicator provides us with the ability to produce large volume CDs and DVDs with the best quality printing from Epson. Be sure to cantact us for your low and high volume CD duplication requirements!

RISO PRINTING
Our range includes single colour Risograph printing, for cost effective high volume flyers, stationary, stock sheets, invoice books, delivery notes and more. Red, Black & Blue inks are available to print on various types of paper & card from 60gsm up to 240gsm. The minimum print size is A6 (105mm x 148mm) and goes up to A3(297mm X 420mm).
DIGITAL
The Xerox Docucolor 5252 offers fast, quality & accurate colour printing at the best prices. Anything from business cards, flyers, posters, booklets, menu’s, wine lists & presentations to labels, wedding invitations & brochures can be produced within the shortest time, with quality to match! A unique feature of digital printing is the option of variable data printing. This allows us to print names, dates, numbers and almost any form of information onto letters, invitations, tickets & certificates at no extra cost. Our production staff will offer advice in setting up files for variable data printing. The paper range for full colour digital printing starts from 60gsm to 300gsm, with uncoated, matt or gloss finish options in various colours. Minimum cutting size for digital printing is 35mm² and the maximum sheet size is 450mm x 320mm, with printing required to remain within the 440mm x 310mm trim area.
LARGE FORMAT
Our Roland XC540 delivers high quality large format printing that lasts! Using Solvent based inks, we can print from 1.3m width up to 30m in length on Vinyl (Gloss, Matt, Clear, White, Silver, Gold), Satin paper, PVC (Backlit), Ferrari, Artistic Canvas, Contravision, Rip-stop (Flag material) & Wallpaper material.
Large format products include:
- Labels, Posters, Vehicle Graphics, Window & Shop Signage, Posters, Car Magnets, Estate Agent Boards, Rollup Banners, PVC Banners, Hanging Displays, Lightbox prints, A-frame Displays, Teardrops and many more!
Large format printing can be applied to Correx, ABS Board, Commaplus or display stands with eyelets, stitching and rope an optional extra. Our newest addition, the Epson Stylus Pro 7700 prints exceptional quality work in high speed at prices that will make you come back for more! The Epson prints from A4 up to A1 size on 170gsm Satin paper for indoor use, and delivers the prints in record time. Not only do you get quality and on-time delivery, but the prices are exceptionally good if compared to traditional Litho printing and our Outdoor, Solvent ink Roland large format printer. Come in at any time for samples of the exceptional quality that the Epson offers.
LITHO PRINTING
All the large volume or special requirement printing are done using the Lithographic process. This allows us to produce quality, high volume work at the best prices.
Litho products include:
- Invoice books, Receipt books, Delivery Note books, Order books & Waybills in duplicate or triplicate, with various paper, numbering, perforating, binding and finishing options.
- Stationary, including business cards, letterheads, compliment slips, folders, presentations & documents in single, spot or full colour or various paper types. Specific die cuts can also be done to suit your needs.
- Marketing material, which includes posters up to A1(594mm x 840mm), flyers, brochures, header cards, portfolios & menu’s.
- Specialised printing, including foiling, embossing & die-cutting up to A2(420mm x 594mm) size.
