History

Blitsdruk opened its doors in 1980 in a house in Merriman Street, George in the Garden Route and after changing hands between three owners, was bought in 2003 by LJ Rossel. That came with a change in identity and market position, and has allowed Blitsdruk to grow into the position of the leading digital printer in the Garden Route. Blitsdruk continues to expand its personnel, equipment and knowledge of the latest processes to offer you, our valued client, the highest quality work at the best price.

Staff
We employ 10 full-time staff members, with a combined experienced of ± 40 years in the design & printing industry.

Season’s Greetings
Blitsdruk will be closed for the festive season from Friday, 18 December 2009 to 6 January 2010. Litho orders for 2009 close on the 2nd December 2009 and Digital orders close must be handed in by the 14th December 2009. We wish all our clients a well deserved rest during the festive season and a safe return in 2010.

BARCODE PRINTING

We have a new printer to compliment our range of printing solutions. Single colour labels in large volumes in a very short turn-around time. Contact us for quotes and label specifications.

INK

For your convenience Blitsdruk is now selling ink & toner for your printer under the bdink banner. We have a large selection of new, generic, remanufactured cartridges and refill kits available.

ID CARDS / PVC CARD PRINTING

Printing of ID cards or any other images straight on to white or coloured pvc cards.

HEAT TRANSFER T-SHIRT PRINTING

Single or full colour printing on to heat transfer material which is then transfered by heat press onto T-shirts. Due to staff constraints, we offer this service on a short-run basis only. Contact us to see if we can help you get your design printed.

PORTFOLIO

We’ve updated our portfolio with some recent work, which includes the SAB Oyster Festival Campaign, Layout & Creative direction of both the new Jac Blanc & Herbie Michaels albums and Layout & Design of tea party stationary for the Tramonto / Pasella shoot which will be featured on SABC2 26 August at 19:30. The Tramonto / Pasella shoot can also be viewed online at the Instyle Weddings and Tramonto sites.
